Job summary

INEOS Pigments Group is seeking a Sales Director to lead the Pigments and KOH sales functions and the Technical & Innovation team in Columbus, OH. You will set strategic direction for external sales and TiO2 product development, driving revenue and EBITDA while ensuring governance adherence.

The role requires a Master’s degree with 10+ years in commercial leadership within chemicals, strong negotiation, and team leadership capabilities, plus robust contract knowledge and SAP/BW/MS Office

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in procurement, business management, sales & marketing, or chemical engineering with commercial focus.
• Minimum of 10 years in commercial leadership roles within chemical/process industries.
• Line management experience with a large, remotely based team.
• Thorough understanding of commercial operations, sales, customer service, finance, contracts, project management.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract language.
• Computer literacy: SAP, BW, MS Office.
• Ability to solve complex problems and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pigments & KOH sales strategy to hit targets for margin and EBITDA.
• Define pricing policies and ensure excellent customer service.
• Produce weekly, 3-monthly and annual sales forecasts.
• Oversee product development and customer technical support.
• Direct ESG programs across Pigments & KOH.
• Provide vision and development for Sales & T&I teams.
• Ensure compliance with anti-trust rules and governance.
