Job summary

INEOS Pigments is seeking aSenior Commercial Leader in Ashtabula, OH to drive overall strategy and performance for Pigments and KOH sales. The role oversees a multi-regional sales team, shapes pricing policies, and engages directly with key customers at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Procurement, Business management, Sales & marketing, or Chemical engineering with strong commercial affinity).
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Commercial leadership roles within the chemical/process or allied industries, with recent senior-level experience.
• Line Management experience with a large team, including remotely based direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic direction and leads the execution of the Pigments and KOH sales plan, optimizing market segments, customers, and geographies.
• Oversee ESG program, ensuring compliance with regulations and reporting obligations.
• Provide vision and leadership to Sales & TI teams across multi-regional operations (NA, LATAM, Europe).
