Job summary

INEOS Pigments in Ashtabula, OH, seeks a Senior Commercial Leader to steer strategic sales, ESG, and technical development across North America. You will partner with the Pigments and KOH business, optimize pricing, forecast revenue, and maintain strong executive relationships with key customers.

You will manage a diverse team of sales professionals and technical staff, ensure compliance with governance rules, and drive commercial performance through disciplined leadership and cross-functional

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Commercial leadership roles within the chemical/ process or allied industries.
Line management experience with a large team, including remotely based direct reports.

Responsibilities

Oversee SHE performance at the Pigments Technical Center, ensuring compliance with INEOS SHE policies and targets.
Define strategic direction and leads the Pigments & KOH sales plan to optimize margins and EBITDA.
Direct Product Development and Technical Support aligned with commercial and operational strategies; optimize use of TI resources.
Direct ESG programs and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions; align TiO2 development to ESG opportunities.
Lead multi-regional sales teams and provide leadership to Sales & TI within INEOS Pigments and KOH.
