Danfoss is seeking a Sales Development Manager in a on-site role, focused on complex system solutions in the off-highway and mobile machinery markets. You will lead opportunities from first conversations to commercial agreement, connecting customer needs with Danfoss’s hydraulics, software, electrification, and autonomy capabilities.

As a commercial leader, you’ll build a pipeline of high-value partnerships, travel up to 40% and collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales teams

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience in technical sales or solution sales is required.
• Ability to manage long-term commercial relationships and build business cases.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the commercial process for complex system solutions from opportunity through final agreement.
• Partner with Account Managers to uncover customer needs and position Danfoss as the preferred solutions provider.
• Translate customer requirements into winning technical concepts and align cross-functional teams.
