Job summary

Paychex is seeking a field sales professional in Florida to drive revenue by presenting Paychex Payrolling, HR, and PEO solutions to broker partners and key decision makers, in person or virtually. You will identify client needs, qualify opportunities, and manage the sales cycle from first contact to close.

Under supervision, you’ll schedule visits, onboard PEO clients, and collaborate with sales management to expand market share, travel as needed, and maintain accurate activity records.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• 5 years of relevant sales/sales management experience.
• 2 years of relevant sales/sales management experience.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision of Sales management and within quota guidelines.
• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit broker channels to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and referrals beyond current base.
• Onboard PEO clients and ensure smooth transition; resolve issues promptly.
• Travel as needed for conferences, training, or meetings.
