Job summary

Corpay is seeking a Sales Training Facilitator in Brentwood, TN to lead onboarding and ongoing learning that accelerates seller readiness and performance across US Revenue. You will partner with cross-functional teams and report to the Director of Learning & Development, delivering high-impact training across multiple lines of business.

Responsibilities include live onboarding, ongoing development for mid-market to enterprise sales, and adoption of Corpay's sales methodologies.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in training facilitation, sales enablement, coaching, or related field.
Strong presentation, communication, and group facilitation skills.
Ability to run effective role-plays, discovery practice, and skills-based exercises.
Strong organization and time-management skills.
Experience in fast-paced or high-volume sales environments; comfortable with virtual tools (Zoom, Teams).

Responsibilities

Deliver live onboarding sessions (virtual and in-person) covering sales skills, systems, products, and processes.
Guide new hires through structured 30/60/90-day learning journeys and milestones.
Facilitate role-plays, discovery practice, and skills-based exercises for multiple sales scenarios.
Provide timely coaching and escalate readiness concerns as needed.
Support rollouts of new sales tools, methodologies, and GTM initiatives.
Track attendance, engagement, and completion metrics; support program evaluation.
