Job summary

Corpay is seeking a Trainer & Instructional Designer in Brentwood, TN. This role blends in-person training facilitation (70%) with instructional design and content development (30%).

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in training facilitation and instructional design; experience in financial technology or process training is preferred.
• College degree or equivalent required; a degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or Communications is preferred.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring and creative tools, including Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
• Experience working with learning management systems, including Lessonly, to manage and deliver content.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence leading in-person training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Live Training Courses (70%) and in-person instructor-led training sessions in the Nashville-area office; occasional virtual sessions.
• Deliver onboarding programs for new hires and cross-training for existing team members.
• Develop blended learning materials (eLearning modules, microlearning, videos, job aids) and ensure content aligns with business goals.
• Upload, organize, and maintain content in the LMS; track learning outcomes and provide reports.
• Collaborate with SME, Operations, and stakeholders; manage priorities and deliver training initiatives with consistency.
