Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking a Sales Training and Development Manager to design and deliver educational programs that raise sales performance across the Advanced Diagnostics portfolio. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, product management, and enablement to launch new courses and measure impact.

The role requires travel up to 70% to coach field teams, onboard new hires, and support launches with a data-driven approach to ensure high impact learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of professional training experience, field sales training, training management, and influencing stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• 3+ years of medical sales experience; diagnostic microbiology and molecular laboratory capital or consumable sales experience preferred.
• 5+ years of successful professional development experience with demonstrated results.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required.
• Proven ability to handle and drive multiple projects, manage change, and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver sales educational programs to improve the performance of sales teams.
• Develop and implement best-in-class sales readiness and training programs across the Advanced Diagnostic portfolio.
• Create learning materials and curricula for new-hire training, product launches, and development opportunities.
• Travel with field sales to coach and elevate selling skills and performance.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Product Management on training for new products.
• Measure training effectiveness using KPIs and update learning programs accordingly.
• Possess data-driven approach to training, tracking training scores and outcomes.
