Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement & Training to lead enablement for the North America sales team. You will design programs, develop localized content, and drive continuous improvements in training effectiveness in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with GTM, Product, Marketing, and Sales Ops, leveraging AI tools to scale learning and ensure readiness of sellers across the NA region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
• 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or related roles, preferably in technology or payments.
• Experience working across multiple markets ideally in NA, and strong ability to adapt and localize content using market intelligence.
• Familiarity with digital learning approaches including AI-enabled content development.
• Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programs for B2B sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a comprehensive enablement strategy aligned with regional GTM priorities and drive Sales Bootcamps, targeted play deployments, and customized Learning Journeys.
• Develop localized training content with market intelligence and data to help sellers position Visa products effectively in the region.
• Create bite-size training content from updates, including videos, micro-learning modules, and AI-powered tutorials to scale knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent material updates and alignment with regional marketing campaigns.
