Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant CRO/Pharmaceutical industry experience, including management responsibility.
• Domain knowledge with selling and/or supporting strategic clinical trial solutions.
• Proven track record with mid-level and high-level contacts.
• Excellent business/industry awareness and analytical skills.
• Ability to identify and develop sales leads and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales team to develop and expand new business opportunities within customer accounts.
• Manage staff per policy and applicable law, including performance and development reviews.
• Oversee salary administration and HR actions as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of IQVIA services to enable cross-sell opportunities.
• Network within the industry to identify potential opportunities and partnerships.
• Develop and manage a business development program to maximize growth.
• Maintain a robust pipeline through Customer Account Plans and targets.
• Support/mentor Business Development staff, including career progression.
