Teads in Austin is seeking a Sales Director to accelerate revenue growth across independent agencies and brand-direct accounts, driving strategy and high‑impact campaigns across CTV, OLV, display, and programmatic solutions.

You will own the full commercial lifecycle, nurture deep agency relationships, and partner with Insights, Customer Experience, and Technical Solutions to deliver client‑centred media strategies and measurable results for marquee brands.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of proven digital media sales experience, ideally in video/CTV/programmatic.
• Strong network across independent agencies and direct advertiser contacts.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities, with negotiation skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and self-driven in a fast-moving adtech landscape.

Responsibilities

• Expand Teads' commercial footprint across independent agencies and brand-direct accounts.
• Build and nurture deep, multi‑threaded agency relationships across trading desks, media planning, and leadership.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑performing, innovative media strategies.
