Job summary

Teads in Dallas seeks a Sales Director to expand our commercial footprint with Independent agencies and brand-direct accounts. You will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from engaging agency trading desks to presenting consultative pitches and driving campaign performance.

In this role, you will align Teads' omnichannel offerings with client needs, partner with Insights, Experience, and Technical Solutions teams, and strive to maximize renewal rates and revenue growth across CTV, OLV, display,

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of proven digital media sales experience, ideally focused on video, CTV, or programmatic channels.
• Strong existing network across Independent agencies and direct advertiser contacts.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation capabilities with demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and self-directed approach in a fast-moving adtech landscape.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close high-potential revenue opportunities with Independent agencies and brand-direct accounts.
• Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across complex agency structures and leadership.
• Educate partners on Teads' offerings across CTV, OLV, display, and programmatic advertising.
• Manage a disciplined sales pipeline and forecast revenue in CRM.
