Teads, a leading omnichannel advertising platform, seeks a Sales Director for Independent Agencies in Dallas to accelerate revenue growth and expand the commercial footprint across mid-sized to large independent media buyers and brand-direct accounts.

You'll own the full sales lifecycle, build multi-threaded agency relationships, and partner with Insights, Customer Experience, and Technical Solutions to deliver high-impact campaigns across CTV, OLV, display, and programmatic channels.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of proven digital media sales experience, ideally focused on video, CTV, or programmatic channels.
• Strong existing network across Independent agencies and direct advertiser contacts, with understanding of CTV, OLV, digital display, and programmatic buying.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation capabilities, with demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence decision-makers.

Aufgaben

• Identify and close high-potential revenue opportunities to grow our market footprint across Independent agencies and brand-direct accounts.
• Navigate and establish deep, multi-threaded relationships across complex independent agency structures—from programmatic trading desks and media planning teams to executive leadership.
• Educate agency partners and brand clients on Teads' offerings across CTV, OLV, digital display, and programmatic advertising.
• Align Teads’ omnichannel product portfolio with evolving business needs of Independent agency prospects and clients to deliver tailored, high-impact campaign solutions.
• Partner with internal cross-functional teams to execute flawless campaigns and optimize client satisfaction.
