Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 5+ years of progressive B2B technical sales or commercial leadership in aerospace/defense/manufacturing.
- 3+ years sales leadership or directing cross-functional pursuit teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s overall sales and market-growth strategy with defined targets and margins.
- Build a structured market-development process to identify whitespace and new programs.
- Own key strategic customer relationships and lead select pursuits including executive reviews and negotiations.
- Lead and develop the sales team, including contracts, orders, and channel coordination.
- Forecast and manage pipelines with metrics like win rate, cycle time, and account growth.
