Job summary

Allient Inc. in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team. You will support the field sales team and facilitate activities to maximize performance and development of the company.

The role handles scheduling, document filing, and serves as the primary contact for customer inquiries. You will work with engineering, production, and purchasing to ensure pricing, prints, and BOMs are up to date to reflect current designs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business, accounting, math or engineering.
• 2+ years of related work experience; sales or administrative background preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team progress and identify defects with improvement recommendations.
• Manage scheduling and filing of documents; communicate within sales team.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries about products or services.
• Provide accurate bill of materials for ORs and reflect final design in quotations.
• Communicate status of prototypes and development projects with RSM.
• Coordinate with production and purchasing to track prototypes for timely delivery.
• Assist with target marketing support.
