Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day activities of the sales administration team to support sales staff and process transactions efficiently.
• Plans, prioritizes, and schedules the team’s activities to meet targets.
• Establishes sales support processes to ensure efficient sales operations.
• Reviews proposals for strategic alignment and prepares contracts for approval.
• Monitors status of activities to identify and fix process bottlenecks.
• Liaises with sales, marketing, finance, supply and logistics to align activities.
• Oversees complex orders and contracts to maintain customer relations.
• Leads, evaluates, and develops sales administration staff.
