Job summary

Alkegen is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Mobility team in North America. You will support sales leaders and the SIOP process, oversee day‑to‑day sales functions, and coordinate prototype samples to meet business growth.

The role requires strong organizational skills and excellent communication within cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities include maintaining site relationships, coordinating orders, tracking shipments, and providing sales data and forecasts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or sales support or similar role.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales activities and maintain relationships with internal sites.
• Coordinate production scheduling, ensure POs are created for orders, track shipments.
• Monitor inventory status (in stock / in route / requested) and support OTIF delivery.
• Support SIOP with capacity/demand forecasting and material usage.
• Coordinate prototype sample orders and ensure on‑time shipment.
• Assist sales team inquiries with data, quotes, forecasts, and samples.
