Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a Senior Director of SiOP to lead our global Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning function. This role chairs executive SiOP meetings with C-Suite and cross‑functional leaders, oversees mid- to long‑term demand and supply planning, and drives a closed-loop monthly SiOP process that translates executive decisions into action.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
15+ years in operations management or planning with SiOP/IBP experience; semiconductor preferred.
Proven track record leading cross-functional, global organizations through transformation.
Strong financial acumen and ability to influence at the C-Suite level.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and IBP tools (SAP/Kinaxis etc.).

Responsibilities

Lead the SiOP and Supply Chain Systems teams across demand, inventory, supply, and financial planning.
Chair the global Executive SiOP process and align across Business Units, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance.
Integrate analytics to support revenue target development and executable supply plans.
Oversee short- and long-term planning horizons and 5-year scenarios.
Collaborate with IT/CIO on systems enhancements and technology adoption.
