Job summary

Alkegen is seeking a Service Account Manager to serve as the liaison between customers, sales engineers, warehouses, and manufacturing. You will manage orders, monitor ongoing activity, and maintain high levels of customer service with prompt resolution of issues.

The role requires 2–5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing setting, knowledge of trade compliance, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of customer service experience.
• Manufacturing company experience preferred.
• Proficiency in US trade compliance including import/export rules, ITAR, NAFTA and other trade agreements.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes customer orders and inquiries.
• Maintains ongoing relationships with customers and partners.
• Ensures orders are entered with accurate pricing, delivery dates and acknowledgments.
• Provides pricing, availability, and schedule information within guidelines.
• Coordinates with logistics and production to expedite deliveries.
• Communicates changes and delivery dates to customers and internal teams.
