Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end communication for compensation projects.
• Ensure alignment between Sales Leaders and Compensation.
• Prioritize inquiries based on urgency, revenue impact, and payout targets.
• Translate technical findings into clear updates for non-technical stakeholders.
• Support SLA adherence and timely resolution of compensation issues.
