Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Senior Compensation Strategy Consultant to join our Compensation team in Dallas. This role partners with senior leaders to design and evaluate executive and broad-based programs, conduct market analyses, and support annual and long-term incentive plans.

You will translate complex data into clear recommendations, develop executive-ready presentations, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure governance and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience in corporate or consulting roles.
• Experience with market pricing, benchmarking, and incentive program evaluations.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to translate data into executive-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to design, evaluate, and enhance executive and broad-based compensation programs.
• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and competitive assessments to support compensation strategy and decision-making.
• Support the design and administration of annual and long-term incentive programs.
• Develop analyses and recommendations related to executive compensation, retention programs, perquisites, and benefits.
• Contribute to annual compensation planning activities, including salary review and incentive planning processes.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, white papers, business cases, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Analyze compensation trends, workforce data, and external market information to identify opportunities and emerging practices.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to ensure compensation programs align with business objectives and governance requirements.
• Translate complex compensation analyses into clear, compelling narratives that drive informed decisions.
• Support compensation governance, program communications, and strategic initiatives that enhance AT&T's total rewards offerings.
