Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Compensation Consultant to design, support, and administer compensation programs aligned with business goals, including base pay, incentives, equity, and other rewards. You will partner with HR and leaders to attract, retain, and reward talent, translating market insights into actionable recommendations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, executive-ready communication, and knowledge of FLSA/wage laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, data analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years in compensation, HR, finance, consulting, or related business.
• Experience with base pay, incentive plans, equity, and salary structures.
• Knowledge of FLSA and wage/hour regulations.
• Strong data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations.
• Ability to prepare executive-ready presentations and business cases.
• Proficiency with HRIS, reporting, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Certification may be required or preferred in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer compensation programs aligned to business goals.
• Provide compensation consultation to HR partners, leaders, and client organizations.
• Analyze compensation data, market trends, surveys, and insights to identify patterns and enhancements.
• Develop executive-ready materials translating analyses into recommendations and business narratives.
• Ensure practices comply with FLSA and wage/hour regulations.
• Leverage technology and AI-enabled insights to improve processes and outcomes.
• Support job evaluations, pricing, organization design, merit, surveys, retention and project management.
