You will partner with Sales Operations, Finance, Payroll, HR, and leadership to resolve inquiries and support process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales compensation, payroll, finance, or related areas.
• Experience with incentive compensation management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer assigned sales compensation plans in line with plan documents.
• Calculate, validate, and process monthly and quarterly commissions.
• Investigate discrepancies and support adjustments and manual calculations as needed.
• Maintain data in the incentive management platform and assist with system updates.
• Prepare recurring commission reports and assist with forecasting and audit requests.
