Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, GTM strategy, or management consulting
• Experience designing or optimizing a sales motion
• Strong analytical modeling skills
• Proven ability to write and deliver executive narratives
• Experience building or deploying AI agents/LLM-based tools
• Fortune 500 tech or SaaS company background preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and launch new sales motions from concept through execution across segments, channels, and cross-functional partners
• Analyze seller productivity data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for sales leadership
• Build GTM strategies for high-priority market opportunities with defined revenue targets and go-to-market approach
• Size and frame new market opportunities; define resource requirements and model revenue potential
• Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform sales strategy
• Write and own executive-ready memos, briefings, and narratives for leadership decisions
• Own and contribute to the strategic priority cadence and executive briefing rhythm for the Sales Leadership Team
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales Operations, and HR for integrated analysis
• Lead change management and cross-functional coordination for strategic initiatives
• Build and deploy AI simulations or automated workflows to accelerate strategy testing and decision making
