Kirby-Smith Machinery, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Sales and Operations Manager to lead branch profitability and performance across the central United States. You will oversee sales, rentals, parts, service, and branch operations while aligning with headquarters.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in management with P&L responsibility, strong leadership, and a solid background in the heavy equipment industry. Expect a collaborative, fast-paced environment and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5 years of management experience with profit center and P&L responsibility.
• 3 years of business management experience at a profit center level; budgeting knowledge.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch sales, rentals, parts, and service.
• Manage branch operations and align with headquarters.
• Prepare budgets and financial reports for the branch.
• Lead development of sales team and customer outreach.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA regulations across the branch.
• Drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
