Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4+ years of experience in sales analysis or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong analytic and reporting skills.
• Experience with syndicated data platforms such as Nielsen, Circana (IRI), or SPINS preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and market data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Create, maintain, and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports and dashboards.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to the Sales & Marketing team.
• Evaluate customer, product, and channel performance using internal and syndicated data sources.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Develop data‑driven recommendations to improve sales performance and market share.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Support forecasting, sales planning, and business strategy through data analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other departments to improve reporting and business processes.
• Continuously identify opportunities to streamline reporting and enhance analytical capabilities.
