Ocean Spray Cranberries is seeking a Manager of Advanced Analytics & Modeling to transform data into actionable insights that drive growth and operational excellence. This hybrid role based in Lakeville, MA, combines strong analytics with business storytelling to guide strategic decisions across Revenue Growth Management, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in advanced analytics, expertise in MMM, pricing analytics, A/B testing, and experience with SAS, Python,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of advanced analytics and econometric modeling experience.
• CPG/retail and syndicated data experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance forecasting and optimization models.
• Execute Marketing Mix Modeling analyses to optimize investment across brands and channels.
• Develop pricing, promotion, and elasticity analyses to quantify business impact.
• Design and evaluate controlled experiments, A/B tests, and test‑and‑learn initiatives.
• Create scenario analyses and simulation models to support planning.
• Apply statistical, econometric, machine learning, and optimization methods to business problems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
