Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Senior Analyst, BU Sales & Strategy in Chicago to turn data into category-driven selling stories. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to advise on assortment, pricing, merchandising, and shelving to grow category sales.

You will analyze performance, support annual plans, and help launch new products with forecasting and performance tracking. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2-3 years in business, sales, data analytics, retail or related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Accurate and timely reporting with drive to streamline processes.
• Excellent analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance to support BU Sales routines.
• Support development and execution of the Annual Operating Plan.
• Assist new product launches with sell-in forecasting and tracking.
• Develop category/brand strategies for pricing, distribution, and merchandising.
• Leverage retail analytics to support category leadership and sell stories.
• Prepare periodic reports and presentations for the category team.
• Lead communication of brand initiatives to field sales teams.
• Forecast and track seasonal products and displays.
• Communicate supply challenges and waste risks to Field Sales.
