Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Chicago is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for the AFH&I Category Finance team. You will own the P&L for the AFH&I BU, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations to drive the business forward.

The role requires a BS in Finance or related field and 2+ years of finance experience, with advanced Excel and strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills. A performance-based bonus is provided.

Qualifications

BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2+ years of Finance related experience.
Advanced Excel skills required.
Prior finance, accounting, consulting, and/or FP&A experience preferred.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Forecast unconstrained demand and understand P&L impact from internal and external perspectives.
Collaborate on pricing, promotions, and their financial implications with Revenue Management and Sales.
Analyze P&L performance across volume, mix, pricing, and investment drivers.
Drive budgeting and forecasting routines with KPI monitoring for BU initiatives.
Develop reporting packages with insights to drive efficiency and standardization.
Partner with Marketing and R&D to align long-term outlook and strategic bets with near-term forecasts.
Support annual strategic planning and drive cross-functional inputs for balanced planning.
