Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking an Analyst, Category Strategy & Insights in Chicago to deliver routine reporting and analytics using Circana/Numerator data, Power BI, and Excel. The role builds category stories, space optimization, and planogram-informed recommendations grounded in shopper behavior.

Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, translating insights into actionable narratives for commercial decisions, and contributing to repeatable reporting frameworks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with retail POS, syndicated, or panel data and Power BI or similar.
• Strong Excel data manipulation and analysis.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to present in PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine reporting and ad hoc analyses using data sources to identify trends.
• Translate analyses into customer-ready storytelling and insights using PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Develop category recommendations on assortment, space productivity, pricing, and promotions.
• Partner with customer teams and stakeholders to align on objectives and inform decisions.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines with discipline in a fast-paced environment.
