Job summary

CHG Healthcare is seeking a Sales Strategy Analyst to join its Sales Analytics team. You will partner with sales leaders to frame questions, analyze performance across markets, and uncover opportunities using data.

Responsibilities include root-cause analysis of KPI shifts, building clear insights with SQL and Snowflake, and presenting findings to senior leadership to guide strategy and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in analytics (business analytics, sales analytics, or related).
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leaders early to sharpen requests and frame the underlying problem.
• Analyze performance across markets, teams, and clients to identify trends and opportunities.
• Run root-cause analysis when KPIs shift and verify if changes are real or seasonal.
• Use Snowflake and SQL to extract data and build clear visualizations for leadership.
