Job summary

R+L Carriers seeks a Sales Account Executive in our Waller, TX service center to educate customers on transportation services and grow market share. This full-time role requires strong sales experience and a customer-focused approach to win key accounts and promote our services.

You will work Monday–Friday in a on-site environment, collaborating with operations and sales teams to deliver competitive transport solutions and maintain our market leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of LTL motor freight sales experience required.
• Must be PC literate.
• Knowledge of the local market.
• Operations knowledge in an LTL environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on all transportation services offered.
• Gain targeted market share in key lanes.
• Target key accounts in selected industries.
• Promote market visibility and corporate image.
• Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitors in the territory.
• Promote corporate image and culture.
