Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking a Sales Account Executive in Waller, TX to educate customers on transportation services and grow market share. You will target key accounts, prepare proposals, and stay informed about market trends to promote the company brand.

The role emphasizes educating clients, expanding in targeted lanes, and maintaining awareness of competitors while upholding R+L Carriers’ culture and image. This is a full-time position with Monday–Friday shifts at the Waller Service Center.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of LTL motor freight sales experience strongly preferred.
• Must be PC literate.
• Knowledge of the local market.
• Operations knowledge in an LTL environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educating our customers on all transportation services R+L Carriers offers.
• Gain targeted market share in key lanes.
• Target key accounts in selected industries.
• Promote market awareness and visibility.
• Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals.
• Stay educated and understand market trends and competitors within assigned territory.
• Promote corporate image and culture.
