Job summary

Rallyware Inc. is seeking a Business Solution Consultant to join the Customer Experience team. You will help manage program implementations and software deployments for a range of customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and alignment with customer goals.

The role requires customer-facing skills, analytical thinking, and deep Rallyware product knowledge to convert business expectations into configuration specs and successful fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years in B2B SaaS / implementation / consulting / customer-facing delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with enterprise customers (multi-stakeholder, approvals, dependencies, exec visibility).
• Experience delivering time-sensitive go-lives (launch dates, milestones, critical path).
• Experience with configurable SaaS platforms (admin/config work, workflows, rules, integrations, analytics).
• Direct Selling is a plus, but not required (adjacent industries acceptable).
• Advanced English required; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer business needs and design programs using Rallyware offerings to meet goals.
• Define project scope and develop a detailed scope of work.
• Facilitate sessions to drive customer requirements and mitigate risks.
• Communicate timelines, milestones, and delivery expectations clearly.
• Create training curriculum based on customer needs and product features.
• Develop end-user training materials and update/create resources.
• Acquire detailed knowledge of Rallyware products and act as trusted advisor to customers.
• Summarize and report project status for internal management.
• Ensure all team members are aligned with customer objectives.
