Job summary

SANY America is seeking a Business Solution Consultant to work with business and technical teams, gather and organize requirements, coordinate project activities, and support system implementation to ensure deliverables meet expectations.

You will act as a bridge between users and developers, help roll out new systems, and contribute to achieving the Americas growth strategy. This role requires strong English, vendor coordination, and a solid understanding of CRM/ERP environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, business analysis or system implementation.
• Familiarity with CRM, Dealer Portal, ERP or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages, databases, and system architecture.
• Experience with service, aftermarket, parts or warranty operations is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination; English proficiency required; Chinese a plus.
• Experience with external vendors or implementation partners.
• Ability to gather, clarify and document business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional projects with business, technical teams, and vendors.
• Gather workflows, pain points, and business requirements; document and confirm them.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to implement requirements.
• Track progress, issues, risks, and follow-up actions.
• Support system testing, UAT, issue validation, and final acceptance.
• Help improve business processes and drive rollout and adoption.
• Serve as a communication bridge between business users and technical teams.
