Job summary

Rallyware's Business Solution Consultant collaborates with Project Managers to guide implementations and software deployments for customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding that aligns with their goals. This role requires strong customer-facing and analytical skills, plus a deep understanding of the Rallyware platform to translate business needs into configurations and requirements specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Economics, Management, or related field.
• 3+ years in B2B SaaS / implementation / consulting / customer-facing delivery.
• Experience with enterprise customers (multi-stakeholder, approvals, dependencies, exec visibility).
• Experience delivering time-sensitive go-lives (launch dates, milestones, critical path).
• Experience with configurable SaaS platforms (admin/config work, workflows, rules, integrations, analytics).
• Direct Selling is a plus but not required.
• Advanced English required; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to understand business needs and design programs using Rallyware offerings.
• Define the scope of the business implementation project and develop a detailed scope of work.
• Facilitate sessions and meetings to drive requirements, communicate status and mitigate risks.
• Establish timelines, milestones, and delivery expectations with the customer.
• Create training curriculum based on customer needs and product features.
• Update/create end-user training materials and product configurations.
• Acquire detailed knowledge of Rallyware products and act as trusted advisor to customers.
• Summarize and report project status for internal management.
• Ensure Rallyware team focuses on customer objectives.
