TriNet is seeking an Administrative Services Outsourcing (ASO) Sales Consultant to grow revenue by upselling to our SaaS client base. You will prospect in assigned markets, build your book of business, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, including proposals and executive presentations.

The role requires 3+ years in B2B sales, experience with SaaS/HR tech, and strong consultative selling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Typically 3+ years in B2B sales, SaaS, HCM, or ASO domains.
• Proven ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop an annual plan to hit targets in assigned market territories.
• Prospect, qualify, and build a balanced pipeline with target prospects.
• Present solutions to executives and manage the full sales cycle from proposal to close.
