Job summary

TriNet seeks an Administrative Services Outsourcing (ASO) Sales Consultant to grow revenue with our SaaS client base. You will prospect, build a pipeline, and close opportunities by presenting TriNet’s outsourcing solutions to midmarket clients.

You will conduct online demos, manage multi-step sales processes, and collaborate with internal partners to expand accounts. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in B2B SaaS/HR tech are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Typically 3+ years in B2B sales, SaaS or ASO/HR tech is a plus.
• Proven ability to build and manage a client book of business.

Responsibilities

• Plan annual targets for assigned markets and manage a diverse portfolio.
• Prospect and generate leads via email, phone, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Conduct online demos and virtual meetings with executives.
• Drive the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and partners.
