Job summary

TriNet is seeking an Administrative Services Outsourcing (ASO) Sales Consultant to drive revenue by expanding our current SaaS client base. You will build and manage your own book of business, uncover upsell opportunities, and close deals with midsize businesses through virtual and in-person meetings.

You will lead pipeline development, present tailored outsourcing solutions to C-level decision makers, and collaborate with partners and internal teams to exceed quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years in B2B sales within HCM,SaaS, HR tech, or related fields is common.
• Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop an annual plan to hit targets in assigned markets and manage a diverse portfolio.
• Prospect and generate leads using multiple channels including email, phone, LinkedIn.
• Conduct needs analysis to tailor outsourcing solutions.
• Present TriNet’s services to clients, including C-level executives.
• Manage the full sales cycle from proposal to close.
• Build trusted advisor relationships and drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to maximize revenue.
