Job summary

TriNet is seeking an Administrative Services Outsourcing (ASO) Sales Consultant to power business success by selling to our current SaaS client base and building new opportunities in assigned markets. You will prospect, own opportunities, and execute the full sales cycle, including presenting to C-level executives.

You will manage pipeline, conduct meetings with prospective clients, and collaborate with partners to drive revenue while expanding TriNet's regional footprint in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Typically 3+ years in B2B sales in HCM, SaaS, HRO, Cloud, ERP, HRIS, tech, or financial services.
• Proven PEO, SaaS, HCM and/or ASO experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan annual targets for assigned markets and manage a diverse client portfolio.
• Prospect and generate leads through email, phone, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Perform needs analysis to tailor outsourcing solutions to client challenges.
• Present TriNet's administrative services to address client pain points and value.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities.
