Job summary

TriNet in New Jersey seeks an Administrative Services Outsourcing Sales Consultant to grow revenue by expanding ASO offerings with current SaaS clients and new prospects. You will build a book of business, conduct video and in-person meetings, write proposals, and present to executives.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, develop an annual plan, leverage Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other tools, and collaborate with partners like CPAs and brokers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Typically 3+ years in B2B sales in SaaS, HCM, HRO, Cloud, ERP, HRIS or related fields.
• Proven PEO/SaaS/HCM/ASO experience preferred.
• Strong phone-based development skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan annual targets for assigned market territories and manage a diverse portfolio.
• Prospecting and lead generation through email, phone, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Conduct needs analysis to tailor outsourcing solutions for clients.
• Present TriNet’s ASO solutions to address client pain points and drive value.
