Job summary

Rithum, a leading commerce network, seeks a proactive Procurement professional to own the end-to-end lifecycle from intake to PO, onboarding, and invoice matching. You will run sourcing events, evaluate vendors, and justify awards with TCO, market benchmarks, and negotiated terms.

You will also drive AI-enabled delivery, contract redlines, spend analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Security, and Finance. Join a fast-paced team delivering scalable procurement outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of procurement, sourcing, or contract operations experience in SaaS and software spend.
• Hands-on with intake-to-procure or procurement workflow platforms like Zip, Coupa, or Ariba.
• Experience reviewing and redlining commercial agreements with Legal to close terms.
• Experience running sourcing events or renewals through award or signature.
• Ability to present sourcing recommendations and cost analyses to finance, technical, and vendor audiences.
• Experience managing a concurrent pipeline with documented tracking in a system.
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to improve productivity and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own the procurement lifecycle end to end from intake to purchase orders and onboarding.
• Improve procurement workflows by removing delays, improving data quality, and reporting on savings.
• Lead sourcing events, including vendor evaluations, RFx, renewals, and award decisions.
• Build business cases for awards using total cost of ownership and market benchmarking.
• Lead commercial negotiations with Legal, Security, and Privacy to protect requirements.
• Apply AI to recurring procurement tasks and verify outputs against source documents.
• Enable stakeholders through training, playbooks, and clear guidance on procurement interactions.
