Job summary

Mixpanel, a leading product intelligence platform, is looking for a Procurement Enablement Lead to head the procurement program and manage a small team. You will oversee organizational spend, optimize processes, and drive value with key vendors, while guiding business partners throughout the company in acquiring third‑party tools and services.

The role requires strategic and operational capabilities, a track record of coaching teams, and comfort presenting to C‑suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in procurement leadership roles.
• Extensive experience with SaaS vendors and procurement of software services.
• Experience with procurement improvement initiatives and risk management.
• Strong data management and analytics capabilities and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of two, coaching through skill-building and performance.
• Lead execution of complex procurement projects across functions with clear priorities.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Security, IT and Legal on purchasing processes and improvements.
• Build strategic relationships with vendors to maximize value and discounts.
• Promote innovation by applying AI and new tools to procurement processes.
• Provide procurement process training for Mixpanel employees.
• Shape and communicate a clear vision for the procurement team aligned with finance goals.
