Job summary

RVO Health is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead software/SaaS and contracted-services procurement. You will drive negotiations, manage vendor relationships, and mentor a small team.

The role requires hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion, Navan, and Jira/Asana for portfolio management, with close collaboration across Legal, Security, and Compliance. Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing, procurement, or contract management experience with software/SaaS focus.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing software agreements including AI/ML vendor contracts.
• Experience managing or mentoring a team.
• Experience developing/reviewing/managing SOWs for contracted labor/services vendors.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (ERP/procurement).

Responsibilities

• Own procurement operations for software and contractor/services agreements, tracking renewals and spend with a focus on cost minimization.
• Evaluate licensing models to identify savings and reduce shelfware.
• Oversee contracted labor sourcing and SOW management, ensuring clear scope and pricing.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and SLAs with suppliers and ensure contractual commitments are met.
• Manage a small purchasing team and guide day-to-day workflow using board tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across Legal, Security, Compliance, and IT during the contract lifecycle.
