Target is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Lead in a challenging, high-impact role within its Procurement team. You will independently lead sourcing strategies, negotiations, and category initiatives, driving value and strong supplier relationships across a multi-billion dollar spend portfolio.

The role requires 7–10 years of sourcing/procurement experience, fluency with SAP/Ariba/Coupa, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or related operations.
• Ability to independently lead sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and project delivery.
• Proven track record influencing stakeholders in cross-functional environments.
