Job summary

Relias is seeking an Implementation Consultant to own end-to-end onboarding for multiple Relias products for small business customers. You will manage post-sale to launch, handle technical setup, and drive the overall project plan in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, delivering training, maintaining schedules, budgets, and documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to mitigate risks while fostering productive client relationships.

Qualifications

• 1 year in project management managing customer facing projects.
• 1 year implementing SaaS based products and solutions and delivering training.
• Experience with project management tools, methodologies, and software.
• Ability to effectively manage and nurture client relationships to achieve mutual success.
• Ability to understand a client's needs and challenges, assessing the fit for the solution(s), and building a foundation for successful engagements and a long-term relationship.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer implementation of the Relias Platform for multiple solutions.
• Develop detailed project plans, identifying scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and contingency plans.
• Utilize tools and project management practices to ensure on-time delivery and effective communication and collaboration.
• Identify and manage risks and issues, and work with internal teams for mitigation.
• Lead customer workshops and training sessions.
• Provide status reports to customer, and ensure project remains on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and foster positive relationships and build rapport with customers.
• Utilize current and best practice implementation documentation and toolkits.
• Ensure that project management database is kept up to date at all time is logged and project notes are complete.
• Configure contracted products and solutions to customer specifications.
• Provide technical support to customers throughout the duration of the implementation as required.
• Conduct platform training sessions in various settings for internal and external customers as required.
• Assist with developing process documentation for onboarding processes.
• Assist with updating department SharePoint site.
• Act as liaison to other departments as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
