Job summary

The Cigna Group seeks an experienced Implementation Lead to oversee SaaS projects for new and existing customers using the Verity platform. You will serve as the program SME, manage data feeds, configuration, testing, and training to ensure successful go-live and transition to account management.

Responsibilities include guiding multiple projects, coordinating with sales and product teams, and communicating with executives to drive project success while ensuring a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in business, healthcare, information systems, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing technology implementation and project management, SaaS preferred.
• Experience in 340B and/or pharmacy operations desired.
• Project management experience, PMP certification desired.
• Experience with bringing remote customers aboard cloud based software offerings a major plus.
• Strong customer focus, proactive problem solving, and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple implementation projects from engagement to planning, execution, and launch.
• Develop and manage relationships with customer key project contacts to tailor approach.
• Configure data feeds, wholesaler integrations, and system setup for successful programs.
• Train customers on software functions to ensure smooth transition to live state.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, and Account Management for success.
