Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead SaaS onboarding for new and current customers of Verity software. You will manage multiple projects from kickoff through launch, coordinate data feeds, configuration, testing, training, and transitions to account management.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer-facing technology implementations, experience with 340B/pharmacy operations, and PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technology implementation and project management, SaaS preferred.
• Experience in 340B and/or pharmacy operations desired.
• PMP certification desirable.
• Experience onboarding remote customers to cloud-based software offerings is a plus.
• Strong analytical and data troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple implementation projects from kickoff to launch and through handoff to account management.
• Develop and manage customer relationships, understanding 3408 program and data flows.
• Configure data feeds, wholesaler integration, and software settings for successful deployment.
• Provide thorough training on software functions and ensure a smooth transition to live state.
• Serve as Verity program expert and coordinate with sales and product teams.
