Job summary

The Cigna Group seeks an experienced Implementation Lead to oversee onboarding of SaaS projects for new and existing customers and to serve as the Verity subject matter expert. You will manage data feeds, product configurations, testing, training, and the transition to account management.

Responsibilities include leading multiple projects, building customer relationships, coordinating across sales, product, and operations, and ensuring timely communication and demonstrations to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in business, healthcare, information systems, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing technology implementation and project management, SaaS preferred.
• Experience in 340B and/or pharmacy operations desired.
• PMP certification desired.
• Experience with bringing remote customers aboard cloud based software offerings a major plus.
• Passion for working with customers, proactive problem-solving, and embodying a culture to exceed expectations.
• Proven ability to analyze data issues and troubleshoot problems with customer data and/or Verity Solutions database schema.
• Strong experience with MS Office; expert Excel capability a must.
• Proven ability to communicate verbally and in written form at a high level.
• SalesForce or similar CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects from engagement through launch.
• Develop relationships with customer project contacts to tailor approaches.
• Manage data assessment, setups, wholesaler integration, and software configs.
• Provide thorough training on software functions for live project state.
• Serve as Verity program SME and coordinate with resources as needed.
• Coordinate with sales to align expectations for handoff to implementation.
• Facilitate proactive communication and software demos with stakeholders.
• Communicate project status with internal and external executives.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Accounting, and Account Management.
• Lead project transition to account management and cross-department initiatives.
