Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking an implementation leader to oversee end-to-end SaaS onboarding for new and existing customers. You will mentor teams and coordinate with Pharmacy, TPA partners, and cross-functional groups to ensure project success.

Responsibilities include data setup, configurations, training, and smooth transition to account management. The role offers an annual salary with bonus eligibility, comprehensive benefits, and a remote-friendly work setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technology implementation and project management.
• Experience with 340B and/or pharmacy operations desired.
• Project management experience; PMP certification desired.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities with customer data.
• Excellent MS Office/Excel capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple implementation projects from initial engagement through planning, execution and launch.
• Develop and manage relationships with customer project contacts to tailor the approach.
• Manage data assessment, setups, wholesaler integration, and software configurations.
• Provide thorough training on software functions for a smooth live transition.
• Act as Verity program SME and coordinate with sales for handoffs.
• Coordinate with Product/Sales/Accounting to ensure project success.
• Communicate proactively with Pharmacy and TPA partners and stakeholders.
• Create and update internal and client-facing documentation.
• Utilize project-management tools to track progress and deliverables.
